Updates to the help
Some slight improvements to the help content.
Added support for relative URLs
Added support for /today, /yesterday and /tomorrow. Also /today is favored in the site's own redirects from things like login and registration so that it's more likely you'll have bookmarked /today rather than a specific day. Thanks for the good idea naxoc.
If you use sharing then note that these work as well:
/share/email address/today/share/email address/yesterday
/share/email address/tomorrow

Users with UTF characters in their activity names may have been unable to access BubbleTimer since the switch over to the new servers 45 minutes ago. This is now resolved.

Fixed New Weekly Goal for New Activity
If you add a new weekly goal to an activity that is new for today, the goal shows up as a colored dash (red or green depending on if the goal has been met) until tomorrow. It works normally for any future day. This is now resolved.
Wrong display of times less than 1 hour in iPhone interface
The iPhone interface shows 1, 2 and 3 bubbles as .25m, .5m and .75m respectively. This should be .25h, .5h and .75h of course. Resolved by showing 15m, 30m and 45m instead. Thanks to George for reporting this bug.

2 separate outages of about 30 minutes each during the late morning EST time. Both appear to have the same cause and appear to be related to disk I/O and the database. Researching the root cause.
